no matter what, when you meet someone for the first time, you need to put on your mask. it's an unwritten rule that you should understand in order to survive in this society, because no stranger will accept you the way you are. that's for sure. but sadly, when we get to know someone better, it doesn't mean that we can lower our guards or we can loose, or even take off our masks. sometimes, we still need to put our masks on, no matter how much we want to show them the real us, especially to the people you tell they're your dearest, even for years, so that they won't walk away from you. no matter how much you want to say something, to express something to someone, which shows the real you, if you're scared they will walk away from your life, you'd better not. remember that some words are better left unspoken.

“Don’t judge me for my choices when you don’t understand my reasons.”

guys….GUYS. I just realized something.
You remember that time when Chibitalia was afraid of a rat? He got a panic attack and cried. I thought “oh come on little dork don’t be such a wimp!” but then I suddenly remembered:
Venice.
Rats.
17th century.

The Plague.
…..
That’s why.
Excuse me while I go to my corner.

“Great people do things before they’re ready. They do things before they know they can do them. Doing what you’re afraid of, getting out of your comfort zone, taking risks like that - that’s what life is.”
